Ideal putty to get ultra smooth surface.

Description: EVERPLAST is a specially designed polymer based spray plaster compound, comprising advanced & superior binder resin & fine graded filter extenders. It has the properties to resist fungus, anti-rusting, anti-sagging and easy sanding to provide and ideal ultra smooth surface to receive final paint finish.

Uses: EVERPLAST is used to provide smooth surface on cement plaster walls, precast concrete, pop, gypsum board, wooded boards, veneer, panel roofs, concrete surfaces, etc.

Advantages:

Preparation: surface should be clean and free from dirt, dust, grease & oil.

Application: Prepare pest of EVERPlAST putty powder adding water as per requirement. EVERPlAST is to be applied by hand with knife edge broad spatula or spray application with airless spraying unit. Application shall be approx 500 microns for better result. In the areas of very rough surface use EVERPlAST coarse grains material.

Coverage: Application rate of 1Kg.per 8 Sq, Ft to 16 Sq, Ft. Depending upon the smoothness of the surface.

Storage: Shelf life of 1 year in unopened container from the date of manufacturing, stored in cool & dry condition avoids direct sunlight.

Cleaning: EVERPLAST can be cleaned with water before drying, scraping or using any suitable petroleum solvent.

Packing: Available in 1,5,20 Kg bags.

Health & Safety: Avoid contact with eyes or inhalation, remove the person to fresh air, irrigate the affected area with water at first and call for medical attention.
